Terms of Use
Last updated: May 9, 2026
These Terms govern the use of the Concilivo platform ("Platform"), which connects consumers and businesses to register, process and resolve complaints. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms. The Platform is available globally; local laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
1. Who can use the Platform
The Platform is intended for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence and for legally constituted businesses. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
2. Nature of the service
Concilivo is a tool for the intermediation and tracking of complaints. We are not a consumer protection authority, we do not replace any government agency, regulator or court, and we do not guarantee resolution, refund or any specific outcome. Resolutions depend solely on the parties involved.
3. User content
You are fully responsible for the information, documents, photos and statements you submit. By posting content, you confirm that it is truthful, that you hold the necessary rights, and you grant Concilivo a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of processing the complaint and composing the public reputation of businesses.
You may not post content that is defamatory, libelous, false, discriminatory, contains third-party data without consent, or that infringes copyright, trademarks, confidentiality or any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Businesses
Verified businesses may respond to complaints, update statuses and subscribe to paid plans. Plans, prices and conditions are presented at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.
5. Reviews and reputation
Response and resolution scores are calculated from user reviews and complaint handling history. Businesses may dispute reviews that breach these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concilivo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the relationship between consumer and business, from temporary unavailability of the service, or from information submitted by third parties.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when feasible.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the Platform with reasonable notice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms apply globally. Each user remains subject to the mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws of their country of residence, which prevail to the extent they grant stronger rights. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the user's place of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
